Booking & Cancellation Policy

Because we like to keep things smooth — just like our edits. To lock in your date, we require a $50 non-refundable deposit. It saves your slot and lets us start prepping the Montaj magic! ✨ The remaining balance depends on your chosen package and is due on or before the big day — no awkward chasing, promise. 😉 🔁 Reschedules Life happens! If you need to move your event, just give us a heads-up — the earlier, the better. 1 week or more in advance? We’ll happily reschedule you for free (as long as we’re available). Less than a week? Still doable, but a small rescheduling fee may apply. Already booked on your new date? We’ll have to keep the deposit (but we’ll still love you 🥲). 🚨 If Montaj Can’t Make It In the super rare case we’re hit with something unexpected — like illness or a phone that decides to retire mid-event — and we can’t deliver your content, 👉 We’ll give you a full refund. No drama, just fairness. 📸 Content Use By booking, you’re giving us the green light to use your photos/videos for our portfolio, website, and social media. Want to keep things private? Just let us know — we totally respect your boundaries. 🙌
