Refund Policy

At Montaj, we do our best to make every event smooth, joyful, and stress-free. But just in case something unexpected happens, here’s how refunds work:

💁‍♀️ Deposits are non-refundable

• All bookings require a $50 non-refundable deposit to secure your date. This helps us block off the time, prep for your event, and say no to other clients for that date.

🔄 Rescheduling? We Got You.

Need to move your event? No worries — here's how we handle it:

• 📆 Reschedule 1 week or more before the event:
  No biggie! If we’re available, we’ll happily move your date — no charge, no stress.

• ⏳ Reschedule less than 1 week before the event:
  Still doable! But since we’ve likely started prepping, a small rescheduling fee may apply.

Heads up: If we’re unavailable on your new date, the $50 deposit will be forfeited (but we’ll still love you forever).

❌ Cancellations

If you cancel your booking completely:

• Your $50 deposit is non-refundable

• No extra fees will be charged, as long as you cancel in advance

• We'll just cry quietly in a corner and send you good vibes

🛑 What if we cancel? (Rare but Real)

If Montaj suddenly can’t make it due to emergencies, illness, or a tech disaster (like a phone deciding to retire mid-event 📱💀), and we can’t deliver your content —
👉 You’ll get a full refund. No questions.

📂 Late Downloads & Storage

• Delivered files will remain in your Google Drive folder for 1 month. After that, they’ll be cleared from our archive — so please download them ASAP!

• We’re not able to issue refunds if content was delivered but not downloaded within the timeframe.
